The trip:

The dates aren’t set yet, but my goal is to cross the entire alps… “the via alpina”. We’ll be doing some of it in independent stages, and some of it as an organized group tour. We will be posting our progress, and invite you to follow along and experience part of the journey remotely, and join us for at least one leg of the trip.  We expect the journey to take place over a number of years, and hope that through the blog and your participation, you can be a part of the greater journey.
